On November 11, 2018 Poland celebrates the 100th anniversary of regaining independence

Poland's Independence Day marks the anniversary of Poland regaining its independence on 11th of November 1918, after 123 years of partitions by Austria-Hungary, Prussia, and Russia. On 11 November 1918, the day that World War I ended, this partition was removed and Poland was granted its independence.
Independence Day is one of the most important national holidays in Poland, it is celebrated with gatherings and parades also a change of guards at midday near the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on the Piłsudski Square in Warsaw.
This year on the 100th anniversary in all the cities the anthem of Poland will be sung at 12:00
