All degree programmes offered by the Faculty of Geoengineering, Mining, and Geology
The 2nd cycle degree programme, completed with the obtainment of the professional title of master, enables the student to choose one of the following seven specialisations:
    * Underground and Open Pit Mining of Deposits
    * Raw Materials Economy and Environmental Protection  
    * Geomatics
    * Geoinformatics
    * Exploratory and Mining Geology  
    * Geoengineering
    * Machine Operation Management
The choice of specialisation is made after the completion of the first cycle of university education. Admissions to certain specialisations may be limited due to constraints related to candidate numbers and the capacity of laboratories. A minimum number of students pursuing a specialisation is 30. A specialist 2nd cycle degree programme is offered in two modes: full-time and part-time.
