27 and 28 April 2026 — The Faculty of Geoengineering, Mining and Geology hosted an eight-member delegation from the Faculty of Earth and Environmental Sciences and Engineering of the University of Miskolc, led by the Dean, Prof. Gábor Mucsi, together with faculty authorities and staff.

The meeting began with an official welcome by the Dean of the Faculty of Geoengineering, Mining and Geology, Prof. Radosław Zimroz, followed by a presentation of the faculty’s potential and its departments.

The program also included visits to laboratories and numerous discussions. The delegation from the University of Miskolc presented their faculty during an open lecture attended by staff members and doctoral students of our faculty.

The meeting concluded with a summary and discussions on the next steps for scientific and educational cooperation.
