Dear Student,

As your Erasmus+/Exchange mobility is coming to an end, please review the following information to complete the necessary formalities.

Learning Agreement (LA) Changes

If no changes were made, you must have selected the checkbox “I don't need to make Changes to Learning Agreement” in the IRC system. If it has not been selected, please do it now. If changes were made, upload the updated LA (ChLA) in the IRC system. Without this, final documents cannot be processed.

Transcript of Records (TR)

Prepared by the Faculty Coordinator/Dean’s Office (if original paper document is required, please contact them) after all grades are recorded in USOS. If unavailable before departure, it will be sent to you and your home university via e-mail with a scan uploaded in the IRC portal. TR will be provided only if you have no outstanding commitments (library, dean’s office, dormitory).

Confirmation of Stay (CS) / Certificate of Attendance

Confirms your study period at Wrocław Tech. Can be issued on our form or your home university form uploaded in the IRC system by you if required As soon as it is filled in and signed, it is attached in IRC system and  sent via e-mail to you and your university. CS will be provided only if you have no outstanding commitments (library, dean’s office, dormitory).

Library & Dean’s Office

Settle any outstanding fees (e.g., Student ID fee) before departure. If you have an obligation card (Karta zobowiązań), submit it to the dean’s office.

Dormitory (only for students staying in dormitory)

Contact the dorm administration for fee and deposit matters. Dormitory stay is allowed until 23/02/2026. For check-out, ensure the room and common areas are cleaned thoroughly: Clean under and behind the bed, vacuum furniture, dust surfaces, wash windows, wipe floors. Remove all personal items, stickers, and posters. Defrost, clean, and unplug the refrigerator. Clean the bathroom (toilet, sink, mirror, shower, heater, and floor).
