“Integration of Geodetic Measurement Techniques for Historic Buildings”

Abstract:
The presentation will address issues related to the integration of results obtained using geodetic measurement techniques for the documentation of historic buildings, with particular emphasis on terrestrial laser scanning and close-range photogrammetry. The use of these methods as complementary sources of highly accurate geometric data and rich image information, forming the basis for the creation of precise spatial models, will be presented. The seminar will also discuss the developed workflow leading to the creation of HBIM models, as well as the possibilities of their application in the integration of measurement data and analyses related to monitoring the condition and preservation state of historic buildings.

The seminar will take place in Room 2.10, Building L-2, the so-called Cinema Hall, in the GEO-3M building.
