8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Place of submission:
Office of the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs
(Room 124, Building A-1)

Who may submit applications?

In accordance with the applicable regulations, applications may be submitted by:

• Vice-Rector,
• Dean,
• Vice-Dean,
• Director of the Student Activity Support Office,
• Head of the Student Organizations Support Section,
• Head of the Financial Services Section of the Student Activity Support Office,
• Head of the Student Events Organization Section,
• Director of the Centre for Physical Education and Sports,
• Director of a branch campus of Wrocław University of Science and Technology,
• Representative of the Student Parliament Board,
• Chair of the Faculty Student Council.

Applications requiring confirmation from the Vice-Dean should be sent in advance to the following email address:

Applications will be signed electronically and forwarded to the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs.
